When I moved to CO Springs August 2015, I didn't know anybody. To locate a primary care physician, I went online and for some reason selected Dr. Mark Carroll. At my first appointment, I was impressed that Dr. Carroll took so much time asking me questions and allowing me to get to know him. Each time I've met with him, he has been very engaging, always consistent, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Carroll and the other care-givers at Alliance Medicare Care have surrounded themselves with a most capable and professional staff. I've no hesitation in giving them a five-star rating.

I had a billing issue with Alliance Urgent care & Family Practice. After 2 months of working with the Office/finance Manager, Marsha Carol with no resolution, on 11 April I delivered a letter in person to the receptionist addressed to Dr. Carroll, the director, requesting an appointment by 14 April 2017. He never responded. On 21 Apr 2017 I sent a certified letter in case his office staff did not give him the letter. The office signed for the letter on 22 April 2017. As of 28 April 2017 there has been no response from Dr. Carroll. It appears that Dr. Carroll has no interest in resolving office/financial issues over which he is the Director and his office personnel cannot resolve simple issues. I hope I never have a medical issue that needs to be resolved by Dr. Carroll as the director of Alliance Urgent care & Family Practice.

showed up for my appointment today to find a closed office. called the number to find out what was going on only to find out that the address that was confirmed when making the appointment a month ago was their old address.

Then be told that I have to go through urgent care at higher rates to be seen today.

dr Mark Carroll is an amazing dr.he saved my life.i was pretty close to death really, he found the issue fast, got me help fast to save my life..more than once he saved me.and my husband too.i have deep affection for him, and dr jarecke, also...both great doctors..I do also have great tenderness towards mr Steve, np.he is very loving, kind to me always, always. mr Mario is also very nice gentlemen..all the pa, folks who check you in are so sweet, tender towards me, sometimes funny..puts me at ease.ive been with dr carroll for years....its a long drive, way across town..but they always do the right for me...im real afraid of blood tests, they are very gentle, do it fast, so its great, they do it there....also X-rays they can do there too, so thats great..big stuff you go to hospital thou..however, the front office is awful, hateful, rude, not nice when you are in terrible pain to walk into that attitude..im not even sure dr carroll or dr j even realize its going on...it has to change fast...you cant greet people in pain with a mean, hate filled attitude.++ I want to stay with dr carroll if I can..hes such a sweetie...front has to change, and they need to answer the phone at least sometimes.....LINDA TRUMPFHELLER....
