This place is a pure joke. Tried to get appt. Since November. No help whatsoever from their office staff. Very rude. I am contacting Humana to let them know they shouldn't refer anyone there.

I went to this guy over 2 years ago for a broken foot. He had me wear a boot for 6 weeks and told me I was fine. I went back two more times for pain but he said the soft tissue may take a while longer to heal. I went back one more time but got the same story. The bones look good. So why am I in pain? So two years later I want to make an appointment to see if I need a surgeon. Now they won’t see me without a referral despite my new insurance company advising me that I don’t need one for this visit. It’s sad that I can’t even get this doctor to look at me because his billing people say so. Pitiful!

Dr. Pritchyk is an approved doctor in my insurance plan. Yet, he won't take my appointment without a referral, which is not required by my insurance. Even though I explained that I have a broken foot that needs to be set and I have paperwork from the hospital, there was no consideration. They want a referral from my primary care (their office policy).To make a referral appt, then make a podiatrist appt would push me out by a month before my broken foot is set. When I explained this is an unreasonable amount of time to wait and my foot would start healing with improperly positioned bones, the receptionist said I was rude and she hung up on me. I wasn't rude, I didn't cuss or call her names. I was frustrated and just wanted some consideration. In reading other reviews, hanging up on people appears to be their standard of operation. This is outrageous and I would expect more from a physician's office. The doctor may be great, but I'll never know because I will never go there. There are other podiatrists out there and I found one who worked my emergency into their schedule within a few days.

Best Doctor around for your feet. He listens, has a great bedside manner, makes recommendations, and gives you the best care. My husband and I both have had surgery with Dr. Pritchyk and the outcome was perfect. We have no issues with our feet anymore. His office staff, they are great too.

I scheduled an appointment after he was referred by my postal carrier. Today was such a breath of fresh air. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, right from scheduling to leaving my appointment.

Dr Pritchyk was very personable and really took the time to explain everything. He debunked some lies I was told by a foot Dr in Leesburg that upsold me custom orthotics which only hurt my foot more. I was given a cortisone injection and it was the most pain free injection I think I've ever seen. He really cares about people and it shows.

I have to apologize at the end of our appointment, I received a call from one of my Drs of 20 years who is retiring. I didn't want to miss it and Dr. Pritchyk didn't even know the circumstances but was so kind to allow me to answer (when I asked for permission to take an important call). Thank you for restoring my faith in Podiatrist. Looking forward to getting my mobility back with you at the helm!
