Went to office to fill out new patient form. I was told I would be called in 24 hours. I called them in 36 hours and was told the Dr was out of office for two more weeks. I needed a Dr for ongoing issue and didn't want to wait for weeks while Dr was on vacation. Why didn't they tell me this when I was in the office? I lost 3 days looking for a Dr waiting for a phone call that was never going to come for a few weeks. Very very unprofessional.

The reviews are wrong or just made up. I have been a patient for 2. 1/2 years. Very accommodating and Dr and NP take their time. They listen to my every concern. Every appointment has gone beautifully. Front desk staff is excellent and I get in and out! I feel cared for here and not just an insurance check! This office is good old fashioned real Dr patient care!

I started going to Bellem medical clinic about 6 months ago I have had 4 appts with Adriania she is amazing she is so through she listens to your needs and concerns she is truely concerned about your health she give great advice and is so polite I have had to call the office twice about something and she has actually called me back timely manner not the staff. I can't say enough about what a great Dr. She is I am so thankful I met her she has got my health issues under control ......Thank you! Adriana I wish they made moreDr's.like you. .

Today I went to Dr. Bellam's office and the person who was in front of me from the moment he saw me told me that they would not treat me. When you go to a doctor's appointment because you have something that worries you. I don't have to justify why I'm there and why I need to see the doctor. They are very unprofessional. Today they lost me as a patient and I will never recommend them.

I needed a primary care doctor and a friend told me this place was a good office. I am young, healthy with no past medical history. I developed a spontaneous pneumothorax that required a chest tube placement. I also developed an infection from the original chest tube that required major surgery, two more chest tubes and a 2 week hospital stay. Upon my discharge I contacted this office to become a new patient. They have called several times to ask the same questions. They only seemed to be concerned about my need for pain medication. I actually called the office and just wanted to make sure it was noted that the infection was my biggest concern. I need a referral to infectious disease and pulmonary to monitor my condition. The last person I spoke with, Elise was extremely rude cut me off and wouldn't let me simply explain my concern. Then they called me back 2 hours later with a snarky attitude to tell me I was denied as a patient. No reason. I have waited 2 weeks just to be denied and all I need is a referral! I am positive I was denied because I called to clarify my needs. I am an RN in a hospital and I would never speak to a current or potential patient this way. Infections are time sensitive and this has set me back. Its completely unethical and just wrong. Be careful who you pick for your care. It's sad that people have to be so rude and petty. I'm sure I am better of not being a patient here if this is how they treat people. New patients beware.

their back to look good)

Dr Bellam is fantastic! First doctor that I've had that actually fully hears me out and truly cares about what I'm going through and what I'm feeling and prescribes accordingly. If you want a GREAT DOCTOR and GREAT STAFF get your own appointment at Dr. Bellam's, you won't regret it trust me 👍

My 1 star review joins many others. I’ve made the decision to switch my primary care provider away from this place because of horrible service. The scariest thing is they can even get a simple prescription correct, and not 1, not 2, but 3 times submitted the wrong prescription to my pharmacy. Each year for my annual physical they’ve done less and less. Their physical is a joke. They won’t refill a prescription without seeing you within 6 months. If I could leave no stars I would.
