Don’t!
This company is an absolute scam. It’s embarrassing how they are still operating and not held accountable! You will matter only and only until their fee is payed and will never hear from them again.

She was “kind enough” to charge me one months rent (is this even legal?) for services that I never received further more she has disappeared from the face of earth. We are totally abandoned as tenants with an infestation problem as well as no hot water with a small child in the house.

Our experience with Berkshire Hathaway in Marbella has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their assurances of our property being in good condition after a year of renting, the reality was shockingly different. Upon arrival, we discovered a laundry list of discrepancies that were not only infuriating but also costly.

To begin with, essential items such as a table and a Nespresso coffee machine were missing, while a designer lamp worth $1800 lay in disrepair. The marble floor, once pristine, was now marred and demanded over 1000€ for restoration. The window of the washing machine was shattered, the plants worth over 1000€ were all dead and the swimming pool resembled a neglected pond rather than a luxury amenity.

The negligence and incompetence displayed by Berkshire Hathaway are beyond comprehension. Their failure to accurately assess and maintain our property has left us footing the bill for damages that should have been prevented.

If you are contemplating entrusting Berkshire Hathaway with the management of your high-end property, think again. Their lack of professionalism and amateurish conduct have proven to be not only disappointing but financially burdensome. Protect yourself by documenting every detail meticulously, as relying on this agency's word is a costly mistake you cannot afford to make.

I feel compelled to share my experience with the agency, as they failed us during the house inspection. Their negligence in properly assessing the property has resulted in double the expenses for us – covering both replacement and repairs, as well as refunding the deposit to the tenants.

It's important for others to exercise caution when considering working with this company. While everything may seem smooth initially, their responsiveness dwindles when faced with issues or when you decide to part ways. Communication is limited to email, which is highly inconvenient when urgent matters arise. Proceed with caution.

My boyfriend and I just rented our new apartment through Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices with the VERY big help of Lorena. I only have positives things to say! Lorena has been so hands on. She answered all my questions and was so thorough and quick! She always let us know where we were in the process and if she was waiting for answers from the owner of the apartment or something like that - even if it would only be half a day of wait. The process never stood still, and she always welcomed all our questions + she speaks perfectly english. I will recommend BHH to everyone, and recommend to and ask for Lorena! She was perfect! 😊🙌
