Take their time with you. I never like that I'm being rushed all my questions are answered and I can understand if you have something they tell you that you don't quite get and you tell them they explain it to you. I've never had a problem getting in when I needed to and when you call the doctor actually comes to the phone and talks to you day care so much they're amazing. I would give them at 10 start if I could. I used to be one of the people that checked reviews and go buy them I'm having a hard time with the one-star reviews I don't get it.

My mother has been attempting to set an appointment with them because she was referred by her primary and her insurance approved Dr. Reddy. It has been over a month and no one ever answers the phone from the morning to the afternoon. No matter the day. They don’t return phone calls either. It’s absolutely disgusting to ignore the ailing in this way and should be treated as a form of malpractice. I wouldn’t want her to go here anyway if this is the way patients are treated before even being seen. Also, his office is 45 minutes away so it’s not like we’re going down the road to go to the office and make an appointment.

This place is no joke so you can be at the desk when somebody come there but you can never answer the phone I mean never u will never do surgery on me again until u guys get it together I wish I can give u a 0 but it want let me.
